With 35 years of leadership in designing and engineering for the community in 30 countries around the world, as well as ISO 9001:2000 and LEED certification, IDEA relies on a multidisciplinary team made up of over 1050 individuals that includes nearly 850 talented professionals and specialists. Engineers, architects, urban planners, designers, technicians, graphic artists, project managers, directors and other staff put their knowledge, passion for engineering and architecture, enthusiasm and concern for people’s well-being to work for each and every one of our clients in the $7 billion worth of projects currently underway.
Our experts are organized into small synergistic groups moving within a dynamic environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and knowledge, as well as the acquisition of a wide variety of experience. Ideas flow both within and between these groups and the firm’s various divisions. Organizing work in this way not only forges tight professional bonds between team members, but also enables individuals to take ownership for their particular projects and develop a strong feeling of belonging within the firm.
