• Four Points Sheraton Hotel

  TLA is given a new mandate from COGIR: a new Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Beloeil! Based on Star Wood style and standards, the project consists in the addition of around 100 rooms and suites with services, including a panoramic multidisciplinary room on the new building’s rooftop! The program also asks for the addition of a new spa to the existing Rive-Gauche Hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the Richelieu river. With a approximate budget of 8.5 millions, this extension will be designed as a contemporary object engaging direct dialogue with the existing structure.
